Shenzhen Evershine Steel Casting Co., LTD., founded in 1 9 9 9, is specialized in producing stainless steel home appliance accessories such as coffee grinder burrs, mincer knives and plates, etc. with 500 professional skilled workers producing these products for more than 25 years .
We own our registered trademarks “EVSC” and “EVERSHINE”. We are guaranteed that our products must meet the food contact requirements of our clients, we have formed our own unique "know-how", which has been identified as our company's "None-Public Technology and Art" by the Ministry of Science and Technology Appraisal Department.
As a result, our products passed the certifications like ROHS, REACH, and Food Contact standard like Germany LFBG, South Korean KFDA , etc. Moreover, we have the inspection and analysis certificates from TUV HK, SGS and other inspection organizations.
In order to provide our customers with the most convenient and high-quality products and services, we have created 6 professional subsidiary branches contain necessary process such as heat treatment, mechanical processing, turning, milling, grinding, cutting, CNC machining, mechanical automatic polishing and manual polishing, stamping, precision molds etc.
We have our own manufacturing base of nearly 30,000 square meters. Evershine has provided many domestic and internationally famous home appliance enterprises such as Philips, Bosch, Siemens, De'Longhi with high quality services and products.
Our factory has been the main supplier of knives and blades and coffee grider for all large and well-know home appliance manufacturers and food processing machine manufacturers in Southern China, Nothern China and Mid China. We annually produced 4,000,000 sets of knives and blades for both domestic and international customers. We are proud to stand by our products and so far we have not had any complaint from both our buyers and end-users.
Our company has more than 500 skilled and professional crafmen, and we have our own heat-treatment factory and machinery factory for milling, polishing and grinding, providing a comprehensive and professional services to many local and foreign well-kown huge enterprises, including , American, the Middle Eastern and European customers , giving them topnotch products that only the best can equal.
Our knife and blade sizes rang from No. 5 to No. 42 and hubbed or unhubbed either and the hardness is kept at HRC45-62 degree for buyer's choice.
In order to give more comprenesive and professional service to the home-appliance manufacturers ,we also produce and supply the wheel and core of pepper grider and coffee grinder, and the hardness is HRC 44-60 degree for the buyer's choice and also meet the international standard.
